UNSPUN is an independent print magazine. For anything about your data, write to studio@unspunmagazine.com and a person will answer.

• Account details — your email address, and the name you choose to give us, when you create an account.
• Order details — what you bought, the shipping address you entered, and the order status. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never touch our servers.
• Newsletter — your email address, and when you signed up. Signing up for the letter does not create an account.
• Submissions — whatever you send us through the contribute form, including files and links.
• Casting applications — the details and photographs you upload on the Model for UNSPUN form.

• Fulfil and ship your orders, and answer questions about them.
• Send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• Read and respond to submissions and casting applications.
• Keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not use it to train anything.

A short list of services that process data on our behalf so the site can function:

• Stripe — payment processing. They receive your payment and billing details directly.
• Lulu — print and fulfilment. They receive the shipping name and address needed to deliver your copy.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores accounts, orders and submissions.

Photographs and details sent through the Model for UNSPUN form go into a private, founder-only area. Team and studio accounts cannot see them, and they are never emailed to a shared inbox. We keep applications on file so we can get back in touch about future issues — ask us and we will delete yours.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Accounts, submissions and applications stay until you ask us to remove them.

• Unsubscribe any time from the link in the letter or on the unsubscribe page.
• Update your details from your account.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing studio@unspunmagazine.com.

We use only what is needed: a session cookie so you stay logged in, and local storage so your cart survives a refresh. No advertising trackers.

Accounts and purchases are for people 16 and over. Under-18 casting applicants need a parent or guardian's permission before applying.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Big changes get announced in the letter.
